Tangible Animation by Tess Martin will be held in ARTnSHELTER from 2020\/01\/20 until 2020\/02\/03.
\nTess Martin is a filmmaker who specializes in hand-made animation, and she is currently artist-in-residence at ArtnShelter. She is based in Rotterdam, the Netherlands, and makes her own artistic work as well as commissions for clients. Come hear her talk about her work and watch some of her stop-motion films including THE WHALE STORY (animated on a giant wall), MARIO (animated with paint on glass), THE LOST MARINER (made with photos of actors), GINEVRA (made with paper cut-outs), and some very special recent work. She is currently working on a script and storyboard for her new film, CACHETTE, and she will also give an insight into her working process.<\/p>\n
